I was born in California into a metaphysical family, so I grew up with a belief in mental and spiritual healing, and had the experience of this many times.

In my 20s, people around me were doing all types of therapy to get into their feelings. I had no idea of what they were talking about, because I was raised to not acknowledge emotions. Positive thinking, God and prayer was what I knew.

Traveling in the late 60s and early 70s, hitchhiking through Europe and India, I discovered an East Indian meditation group and learned meditation and Indian cooking! My mother, grandmothers and aunts were all excellent cooks, and they taught me so much but cuisine from India and other travels set the stage for a future career.

I became the cook for the Ashram and the guru's family, and, later, for many celebrities throughout Los Angeles.

In the 70s, I got married and had a son. The 80s brought me new choices. I was divorced, and began looking for something closer to my life path. Office jobs left me unsatisfied, wanting more, something where I could assist people in their growth.

I wanted to find out how the physical body worked in relation to feelings and habitual ways of thinking and moving, and how this affected the structure and pain levels in the body.

In 1986, I discovered Hellerwork. I became a practioner and have been in full practice for 21 years. Incorporating sound, color, light, crystals, Transformational Breathing, ARCH Healing, and several other therapies and products to assist in the healing process, I seek to harmonize the entire body, mind, spirit and self.

Physical detoxification is very important, because we live in such a toxic world and I offer modalities to help in lymphatic drainage.

In order to heal completely, we must address the issues and concerns of each one of our bodies --- physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

I have seen miracles occur in people's lives, and I can assist you in that process, as I have assisted thousands of people in the last 21 years in gaining higher awareness, freedom and clarity.

Most recently, I have been immersed in the magic of Alchemy, Sacred Space Clearing, and Transformational Breathing. It has enhanced her life and her healing practice and it has allowed me to deeply access multidimensional levels of being. It enhances all I do.
